Workshops

Overview

The Center for the Art of East Asia organizes workshops to develop new perspectives and encourage sharing of research methodologies and new technologies. Academics, artists, museum curators, and experts in digital technology offer students new insights into areas of research, and possibilities for collaboration. CAEA directly supports and members of the CAEA Steering Committee participate regularly in student-organized workshops, such as the Visual and Material Perspectives on East Asia, that give graduate students the opportunity to present their research for discussion with their peers and with faculty, as well as invite outside speakers.
